Andrew “Andy” Burns

Andrew joined the agency in April 2026 as a Customer Service Representative. An Erie native, Andrew graduated from Cathedral Preparatory School in 2018 and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University in 2022. Andrew joined the Erie Insurance Customer Service team in 2024 specializing in Personal and Commercial Lines care, quickly developing a client-first mentality to ensure an above all in service experience. Outside of the office, Andrew and his wife Kayla enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and watching NBA basketball during the season.
