Always helpful and always available. The folks reviewing our recent auto renewal coverage were able to adjust our coverage and save us money. Our policy has diminishing deductible and because we have been responsible drivers they were able to increase our deductibles and reduce the premium. Honestly, This is the best service I have ever received from an insurance company. I spent a few minutes on the phone with Jacob and he lowered my monthly insurance bill. Excellent service with a real agent! Not to mention the RateLock TM, where my rate doesn’t change until I decide to make a change. It sounds too good to be true, I know. But if you are trying to get the best insurance available. Hamilton insurance is worth your phone call. They will not steer you wrong. Would recommend 10/10.

I was recently shopping for new small business and personal insurance. I was recommended, by a few different individuals, to Hamilton. I gave them a call and set up a consultation. I was relieved after my meeting with Jake and the staff. It was very clear they were not just trying to sell me a policy and push me out the door. They took the time to look into all of my specific needs of personal auto/home insurance, business auto insurance, general business liability insurance, and business workman’s compensation insurance and then reviewed in a very informative manner all policies and options while answering all of the questions I had along the way. Since changing to Hamilton, I’ve had to make a few alterations with my business insurance. The response from Hamilton to any of my needs has always been friendly, professional, and prompt . My experience with Jacob at Hamilton was fantastic. Not only was he prompt and professional, he helped my family save a lot of money.
